About Mike Tyson in the Mario Video Games Series

Mario has appeared in more than 200 video games. Mario first appeared in a Donkey Kong Game. Mario is still the favorite game of children all over the world. These days, Mario appears in many other games such as racing, puzzle, fighting, sport games and many more. Mario games are the best selling video game series of all time.

Mario is a short Italian plumber from the Mushroom Kingdom. Due to the growing popularity of Mario, Nintendo launched new game by the name of Mario Bros which created sensation in the world of video games. Record breaking 20 million copies of Mario Bros were sold when it was released. Apart from appearing in various Mario series, Mario was also a guest character in various other games like Mike Tyson Punch Out where he was the referee. Mario was also appreciated as a character in some non platform games like Super Smash Bros.

After 2 years Nintendo made the first multiplayer Mario game, Mario Kart. Mario will always have a special place in video game history and is still thought of as the most popular video game character among children. With an astounding 200 million copies of Mario games being sold over the years, he is the first video game character to be honored with a wax sculpture in Hollywood wax museum.

The video games that have been created till now are rocking this world all over. There are games available for the kids, for teenagers and for adults. As stated before, there are too many types of games to list them all, but we will list just a few, such as racing games, fighting games, creative games, mind games and many more. The games that we can name in the fighting or war games section are Unreal Tournament 2004, Doom, Mike Tyson’s Punch Out, Civilization, Rise of Nations, Madden 2004, Dead or Alive 3, Final Fantasy XII etc.

Most of these games have 3D characters where the images look life-like and give the player utmost satisfaction while playing and fighting with their competitors.

Among the kids, certain types of computer games are most popular. These are basically shooting games. Playstation games are the top ranking games till now, and there are always new versions coming out throughout the year. Most of these games are popular with kids as well as young adults.
